size also is perfect for salad plates, luncheon plates, etcWhite porcelain base with GORGEOUS Hand Painted detailsPattern Has An EXTREMELY UNUSUAL Design:A center cluster of red orange Nightshade/Belladonna berries with green and grey leaves beneath. SUPER RARE and I have never seen this pattern before- given that nightshade is deadly poisonous, this is a downright bizarre/intriguing choice for a food plate decoration!Border has hand painted orange and yellow flowers with green leaves, atop a dotted REAL GOLD painted background and gold rim5 clusters of flowers go around the midway point of the plate between the rim and the center Size Approx. 7.75", border about 1.25" Wide with a shallowly indented center Excellent Condition- must have been stored carefully and rarely if ever used. No nicks chips scratches crazing cracks or repair, only the slightest almost undiscernable wear to gold border trim making it look 'unworn'. All hand painted- White porcelain. M Mark is from 1911-1918.
