• Sales and marketing of company products for various industries and proposing solutions to meet customers’ needs.
• Manage and explore new opportunities with existing partners and end users within an assigned geographic area.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Manage, consolidate and validate the project requirements by engaging internal and external stakeholders to meet the project scope and timeline within an allocated budget.
• Take lead in the full life cycle of project implementation, from project planning, execution, monitoring & control, risk management, go-live and project closure.
• Understand the project risk and strategize towards minimizing or eliminating the risk impact to the project.
• Make a project Gantt chart and execute it in a timely manner to ensure project milestones are achieved or the project is closed on time.
• Follow up and close outstanding project milestones and issues.
• Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to provide project status reports, and phase reports to internal & external stakeholders. Documentation such as Scope of Work (SOW), Gantt Chart, Changes Request, Buyoff List, User Manual and etc are defined using document templates provided by PMO.
• Develop and manage project plans & WBS and coordinate the activities of the internal project teams and subcontractors.
• Manage the project budget in balancing the project timeline and scope.
• Manage communication with customers and internal & external stakeholders at the project level.
• To achieve excellent customer experience.
• Plan & execute knowledge transfer from Project Realization Sales Department to Customer Support Department after the project closing.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• • Exercise strong electrical, electronics and software intuition to apply fundamentals in practice.
  • Architect and develop cutting-edge electronic and electrical systems for AMR/AGV according to the specifications and budget.
  • Produce AMR/AGV  wiring diagram, responsible for component selection and software integration.
  • Work closely with multi-functional teams including PCB development team, Mechanical design team, Production and Quality Assurance team.
  • Document design requirements, calculations and validation results.
  • Increase efficiency, and reduce waste wherever and whenever possible.
  • Develop specifications and accelerated test plans to validate the product.
  • Work with the engineering team to assemble prototype products and robots.
  • Take full responsibility for the robots and machines.
  • Utilize schematics and wiring diagrams to build the electrical control systems.
  • Develop power-up and test processes with the engineering team utilizing schematics and software tools.
  • Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to the engineering team to improve the manufacturability, maintainability and reliability of designed products.
  • Follow all site safety processes and procedures.
  • To assist in conducting re-engineering of Mechanical or Electrical installation designs.
  • To assist in project scheduling, execution, documentation and tracking of all ongoing projects until completion.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• • Technical Support – Provide comprehensive technical assistance to customers, guiding them through the integration, implementation, and troubleshooting of DF Automation & Robotics products.
  • Customer Engagement – Collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific requirements, offering tailored solutions, and demonstrating the value of the company’s automation technologies.
  • Product Customization – Customize and configure the solutions to suit client needs, ensuring seamless integration into their existing systems and processes.
  • Training and Education – Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams to enhance understanding and proficiency with DF Automation & Robotics products.
  • Problem Resolution – Diagnose and resolve technical issues, either remotely or on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
  • Feedback Loop – Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance, features, and usability, and communicate these insights internally to drive product enhancements and improvements.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with the Sales, Advanced Engineering, Customer Service, and R&D teams to provide insights from the field, contributing to the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones. Provide inhouse engineering and labor support to complete the product development and production.
  • Documentation – Develop technical reports to summarize product/ solutions issues and provide countermeasures.
  • Execution – Execute the plan in the technical aspects of projects, ensuring they align with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Stay Updated – Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings to ensure DF Automation & Robotics remains at the forefront of innovation.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Execution of the purchasing process, including issuing purchase orders, receiving invoices, payment arrangement and compilation of purchasing documents.
• Follow up purchase orders issued to suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, progress, data, and documents as per ISO requirements.
• Assist in the sourcing, selection and evaluation of existing or new suppliers to ensure the conforming of quality, cost and delivery.
• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Account, Finance and Operations, to ensure seamless purchasing processes.
