color is a 3 layer paint. You will be sent one ounce of each layer in separate bottles.First layer will be the white base coat.Second layer will be the translucent pearl coat.Third layer will be the clear coat. We sell BASF paint, same brand many auto manufacturers use.This is the same type of paint (base coat) as the factory used on your car.Primer is recommended for deeper damage where the underlying surface is exposed.We use a 2 oz. bottle with a childproof cap that has a brush attached to the bottom for easy application direct from the bottle. If you ordered one ounce, the bottle will be filled to the 1 oz. mark.Representative photo of product. Paint will be correct to your paint code. For any other paint color, primers, clears or other supplies please check my eBay store. Application Instructions Step 1. Clean the damaged area. Remove all dirt, oils or waxes. Alcohol works well for this. Step 2. Shake the touch up paint for at least 30 seconds after the mixing ball has released. Step 3. Apply the white coat. Apply in thin layers building up the repair until the damage is solid white. Wait until paint has fully dried before applying the next layer. Multiple thin layers work better and dry faster than trying to knock it out in one thick layer. Step 4. Apply the pearl coat. Amount of coats will vary. Apply enough pearl coat until you are satisfied with the repair. Step 5 clear coat. Most repairs will be fine with one layer. Please note : Although we achieve a 99%+

color match, other factors can affect a

color matching perfectly. Various environmental factors as well as

color variations at manufacturing facilities make it impossible to paint match with paint code alone 100% of the time.
