Missing Items or Wrong Item Received: Keep the box, packing material, all shipped parts and contact us right away. Warranties: All products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects. Increasingly, many of our manufacturers handle claims directly to speed up the process of exchange or sending replacement parts. We’re happy to step in and get the ball rolling. Electronic parts must go back to the manufacturer for bench testing. Because issues are often solved over the phone with tech support, call the manufacturer first and be sure to get the name of whoever you speak with if you need to contact us. Resolution Process: Business hours (8:00-5:00 pm EST) will get the resolution process going right away. After hours please email us so we know first thing in the morning there is a problem and we will contact you promptly. Shipping: Free Shipping: applies to the lower 48 United States only. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, APO’s and Puerto Rico are not part of the lower 48 states and will be invoiced separately for shipping. Most items will ship same day as long as the payment is received by 2 PM EST. Otherwise the item will ship next day or in accordance with the handling time.
